Magnesium

About 60% of the magnesium in your body is found in bone and teeth.

Magnesium helps promote absorption and metabolism other minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.  It also helps use the B complex and vitamins C and E in the body.  Magnesium is necessary for the proper function of nerves and muscles, including the heart muscles, it also helps with stress.


An inadequate supply of magnesium may result in the formation of clots in the heart and brain and may contribute to calcium deposits in the kidneys, blood vessels and heart.


Magnesium is found in fresh green vegetables, figs, apples, organic corn, raw nuts and seeds and organic soybeans.
