DOSAGE:

Infusion: 1-2 tsp of herb to 8oz of boiled water, steep for 15 minutes

Tincture 35-40 Drops, 3 times per day, take 20 minutes before meals

Oil: 1-2 drops internally - dilute first in at least 4 oz of liquid


SAFETY:

Contraidicated for pregnant women with a history of miscarriage.
